Pick entry and exit dates on a seasonal chart, save the window to your watchlist, and turn on email alerts for its entry and exit dates.
Select a window on a seasonal chart, from a screener row or from a Market Cycles pivot, and add it to your watchlist in one click.
For a window of 4 to 60 days, its past-year results load as you select it, so you can check its historical record before it goes on your list.
Switch on email and the upcoming entry and exit dates of your seasonal and astro windows reach your inbox with 1 to 7 days’ notice, so you are not relying on remembering them.
Active and upcoming windows across all your symbols in one table, with tabs by source and your own notes.
Open a symbol in the Seasonality Analyser, click the chart for the entry date and again for the exit date, and pick Long or Short. For a window of 4 to 60 days within one year, its past-year results appear before you save.
Click the bookmark icon to save the symbol, dates and direction. You can also bookmark a Seasonality Screener row or a Market Cycles pivot, and the same window cannot be saved twice.
In Settings, under Pattern Alerts, switch on email notifications, which stay off until you do. Then choose entry alerts, exit alerts or both, set advance notice from 1 to 7 days and save.
The watchlist collects every saved window in one table. Upcoming entry and exit dates of seasonal and astro windows arrive in a weekday email sent at 07:00 UTC, with a link to add them to your calendar.
The watchlist is one table of everything you saved. A separate Alerts page holds each window’s alert dates and historical levels, and once you switch email on, the alert email brings upcoming dates to your inbox.
The watchlist stores the dates you choose. The percentages attached to a window come from its past record, and the emails follow a fixed weekday schedule once you switch them on.
Each past year is tested as one trade, from the entry date’s close to the exit date’s close, using a nearby trading day when a date falls on a weekend or holiday. The return is the percentage change between the two closes, reversed for Short. Records exist for windows of 4 to 60 days that start and end in the same calendar year, on symbols whose daily price history spans at least 10 years. Years with too little data or long gaps are left out.
When you save a window, its whole record is summarized: every available year of those calendar dates for a seasonal or Market Cycles window, or the strategy’s past trades for an astro trade. A return above zero counts as a win, anything else as a loss. Average Profit is the mean win and Max Profit the best trade. With losses, Average Loss is their mean and Max Loss the worst. With none, Max Drop shows the largest move against the window’s direction, measured from entry.
The check runs each weekday at 07:00 UTC for accounts with email notifications on. It collects saved seasonal and astro windows whose entry or exit date falls between that day and your advance notice (1 to 7 days ahead, 1 by default) and sends one combined email. Each date is alerted at most once.
Seasonal windows saved from the Seasonality Analyser or a screener row are matched on their saved month and day, so they alert again every year, and astro trades on their fixed trade dates. Market Cycles pivots appear on your watchlist but are not checked. A saved date that falls on a weekend or market holiday is alerted as saved, while the historical record is measured on trading days.
Emails are sent only for entry and exit dates. The percentage levels on the Alerts page, including any you add, are reference values: they are not compared with live prices and never trigger an email. The profit and loss switches in Settings only decide which levels new windows get. Levels are calculated when you save and are not updated afterwards, and windows without a stored record, such as ones over 60 days or spanning the new year, get date rows only.

Save a window to your watchlist, then open Settings and switch on email notifications under Pattern Alerts. They stay off until you do. Choose entry alerts, exit alerts or both, set advance notice from 1 to 7 days and save. These alerts are separate from the weekly Seasonality Alerts email.
The check runs each weekday at 07:00 UTC and covers entry and exit dates from that day up to your advance notice, which you set from 1 to 7 days (1 by default). A longer setting sends the email earlier.
No. Emails are sent only for entry and exit dates. The profit, loss and custom percentage levels on the Alerts page are historical reference values and are not checked against live prices.
Seasonal windows saved from the Seasonality Analyser or a Seasonality Screener row are checked each weekday, and so are astro trades on the Astro tab. Market Cycles pivots can be saved and appear on your watchlist, but they do not trigger emails. Nothing is sent until email notifications are switched on in Settings.
Yes. A seasonal window is stored as a month and day, so its entry and exit dates are alerted again each year, at most once per date. This continues until you delete the window or switch alerts off in Settings.
The Seasonality Analyser shows the last 10 years by default. The levels on the Alerts page use every available year of the window and are calculated once when you save it, rather than updated later.
